What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change! We allow for a 75% refund for any order cancelled after confirmation. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within 10 miles from Miracle Mile, Los Angeles, 90036 and travel further for events.

What time is delivery?

We are a small business, no single day has the same schedule so we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Typically, our deliveries are made between 12pm-6pm PT.

How long will your flowers grace your space?

Each of our stems are thoughtfully handpicked within 24-48 hours before they find their way into your hands, ensuring peak freshness and extended enjoyment. How do we keep the flowers when we receive it?

Once received, immediately fill the water to the top. We recommend keeping your florals out of direct sunlight, changing the water everyday, take out any stems that have wilted (each flower will have its own timeline). That will ensure clean drinking water and happy flowers!

When is the latest is can put in an order?

We can take an order as late as 24 hours before delivery date. However, please make sure you’ve received a confirmation from us.
